With the client’s ratification of the interior design project, we focus on preparing a budget organized by topics such as general construction, covering, lighting, external spaces and landscaping, furniture, homeware, artwork, among others.

PROJECT BUILD-OUT

Having comfort and quality as priority, we develop all our projects by mean of detailed drawings, prototypes and constant standard tests.

PROCUREMENT

At this stage, the guidelines are defined, which -based on our vast experience of working together- allow us to appoint the right artisan/supplier for each task and step in the development of the project.

SUPERVISION AND CONTROL

Our obsession for quality and details translates into a meticulous supervision of any product that our artisans or suppliers develop for each step of the project. These checks usually involve visits to manufacturers and artisans workshops for certification before the on-site delivery.

CONSIGNMENT

Because extraordinary projects are composed of several precious, delicate, fragile or unique objects/materials (which require special care and paperwork), our involvement comprises as well the management of the transportation/shipment phase.
